What are Awan Net’s features? Back to top

-          High speed updates of data.

-          The ability to run the application from any machine connected to the internet without the need for installation or download of any software (like Java).

-          Multiple markets and indices.

-          Immediate display of the trading data (Last price, change and change %, bid & offer info , volume and value of trading and number of deals, highest and lowest prices for the day, weighted average prices).

-          Ability to organize stocks in ascending or descending order by clicking the column title.

-          Three windows that provide Symbol-related information. Each window has four display modes (Market by price, Market by order, Time & sales and intraday chart).

-          Each of the three windows shows the relevant information for the Symbol selected (the data is loaded automatically to each window by simply selecting a symbol from the list). The user can view the same or different symbols in the three windows. For example he could view the market depth by price, market depth by order and price chart for the same symbol or he could have the three windows displaying the market depth by price for three different symbols. This can be done by using the lock function of each window.

-          Fields highlighted in green and red to indicate the increase or decrease in value. Certain colors are used to indicate the rise or fall of prices to their maximum and minimum limits.

-          Market snapshot: All stock of the market will be displayed in a shape of boxes next to each other. Each box will display the last price, change and change %.

-          Specific colors used for the columns of last price, bid and offer.

-          Ability to customize the whole market view by adding or deleting columns.

-          Whole market data view is displayed on full screen with ability to resize.

And there are many more features that we invite you to discover by yourself. For more information visit the Help Page.

Why does information updates occur at a lower speed when whole market is displayed? Back to top

“Full market” view option gives you the ability to display all symbols and compare them by sorting the different columns available (e.g. gainers, losers, most active…).

In order to minimize the needed bandwidth and lessens the processing power, the refresh rate is reduced (by approximately 5 seconds). If you go again to one of the watch lists the refresh rate will resume as normal.
